Dear Vendor,

Kindly note that before supply or service is carried out within our premises, you are expected to go through our Health and Safety Policy Statement as well as comply with the following:

           1. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – ALL vendors are to provide their                         own protective equipment, tools, and devices appropriate for the job. Such equipment includes, but not limited to, eye and face protection, head protection, foot protection, hand protection, hearing protection, etc.

          2. Drug, Alcohol and Smoking—Vendors MUST not come into the   premises with drugs and alcohol and must not be under the influence of drug and alcohol. Smoking is not allowed except at designated area.

          3. Safety Induction–All vendors’ workers providing a service MUST have a safety induction by our HSE department prior to the commencement of work in the premises.

          4. Emergency— During an Emergency or when you hear the alarm, you MUST assemble at the designated Muster Points.

          5. Hazard—If you notice a hazard within the premises, kindly contact your Host or report to our HSE department.
