HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT POLICY

1. Zeagle Energy Limited believes that accidents/injuries are preventable
   and therefore as such unacceptable in her operations.
2. Zeagle Energy Limited shall in all her operations integrate safety and
   will unreservedly pursue all accident prevention through a well-
   structured and effective HSE system.
3. Zeagle Energy limited activities/programs, therefore, will be
   organized, planned, and executed in such a manner as to:
4. Provide a safe and healthy work environment and adequate facilities
   for her workforce.
5. Protect and promote the health of its workforce as well as
   conduct its activities in such a manner not to adversely affect a
   third party (Host community inclusive).
6. Avoid injury to workers, sub-contracts, and third party who are
   involved directly in Zeagle Energy activities.
7. Reduce the impact on the environment in which Zeagle Energy
   operates.
